Orders & Deliveries

PLACING ORDERS

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check this confirmation carefully and inform us of any mistakes as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us before the end of the day (6pm).

Payments via Bank Transfer will be ‘On Hold’ till funds are clear.

DISPATCHING ORDERS

Once payment is accepted, we will then pack and dispatch your order within the next 1-2 business days.

All NZ deliveries are shipped by NZ Post. Some addresses and rural deliveries may take longer.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are charged based on NZ Post fees.
